We are expanding our commercial presence across Asia and are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing strategy and execution. Job Summary The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and revenue growth for our SaaS products. The role works closely with product, sales and leadership teams to build scalable demand generation programmes and establish Entropia Labs as a trusted provider of enterprise data analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business growth across target markets. Own demand generation programmes across digital, content, events, partnerships and account-based marketing. Plan and manage product launches, positioning and go-to-market initiatives. Build messaging, value propositions and marketing collateral for enterprise customers. Collaborate with Sales to improve lead generation, conversion and customer acquisition. Develop thought leadership content including whitepapers, webinars, case studies and customer success stories. Manage website, SEO, SEM, email marketing and marketing automation initiatives. Track marketing performance using analytics tools and optimise campaigns based on measurable outcomes. Manage external agencies, partners and marketing vendors where required. Prepare marketing plans, budgets and quarterly performance reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. At least 4 years of experience in marketing/BD role Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns that generated measurable business growth. Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and customer journey. Experience working closely with sales and product teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience marketing AI, data analytics , cloud. Experience marketing across multiple Asia-Pacific markets. Fluent in English and Chinese
