Work location: West Work schedule: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri: 8am to 4.30pm and half Sat: 8am to 12.30pm). Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient blood collection using venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures with precision, professionalism, and adherence to clinical standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, ensuring full compliance with infection control guidelines. Verify patient identity using two unique identifiers before any specimen collection or diagnostic procedure. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, ensuring traceability and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Comply with all workplace safety, hand hygiene, regulatory, and accreditation requirements applicable to laboratory operations. Deliver prompt, courteous, and patient-centered service to all clients, including patients, clinicians, and external partners, whether in person or over the phone.
