Work location: West Working hours: 5.5 days work week - Monday to Friday and half Sat, office hours Compressed work week eligible after gaining stability in the role i.e. One Sat duty every 3-4 weeks. The Clinical Ops Assistant Manager / Senior Executive will play a key role in maintaining smooth clinic operations while contributing to service excellence, operational improvements, and new healthcare initiatives within the primary care setting. Key Responsibilities: Support overall clinic operations to ensure efficient and seamless daily functioning Coordinate staff scheduling, manpower deployment, and resource utilization Oversee patient flow management to enhance service experience and reduce waiting time Manage inventory, supplies, and facility-related matters Collaborate with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and support teams to ensure integrated service delivery Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality Support implementation of new healthcare programmes and community-based care initiatives Contribute to strategic planning efforts such as workforce planning, training and development, digitalisation, service transformation, policy reviews, and workflow optimisation Assist in projects related to new clinic development and emergency preparedness planning Key Requirements: Min.
