Work location: Central Working hours: 42 hours per week, 3 rotating shifts (AM / PM / Overnight) Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis. Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis patient assessments and monitoring. Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment according to established protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs, fluid balance, and treatment responses throughout dialysis sessions. Recognise and respond promptly to dialysis-related complications and medical emergencies. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines. Collaborate closely with nephrologists, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on renal disease management, dialysis treatment, medication compliance, dietary restrictions, and vascular access care. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement standards. Participate in departmental training, competency programmes, and continuous professional development initiatives. Key Requirements: Min. Diploma/Degree in Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Prior renal, dialysis, or acute care nursing experience is advantageous. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
