Senior Nurse Manager (Operating Theatre)

Work location: Central Job Responsibilities: Establish unit goals and objectives in collaboration with the clinical team. Oversee staff induction, competency assessments, training, and career development. Ensure quality and safe nursing care through continuous evaluation and improvement. Review incident reports and implement preventive action plans. Monitor budget and resource utilization for operational efficiency. Manage staff scheduling and appropriate skill mix based on patient acuity. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Apply systems thinking to support operational and clinical improvements. Lead recruitment, development, and retention of nursing staff. Requirements: At least 5 - 8 years' Nurse Manager experience in Operating Theatre Strong hands-on experience in developing hospital workflow processes and nursing management protocols Registered with SNB Degree in Nursing Advanced Diploma in Perioperative or Perianaesthesia Nursing will be a strong advantage Interested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062 .
