Work location: Multiple locations available (West/Central/East) Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm Responsibilities: Assess, develop, and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for clients with varying rehabilitation needs. Conduct comprehensive functional, mobility, and physical assessments to identify rehabilitation goals and appropriate interventions. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and patient education. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Support clients in improving mobility, physical function, independence, and quality of life. Educate clients, caregivers, and family members on home exercise programmes, injury prevention, and long-term condition management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, and care staff to ensure holistic care delivery.
