This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing care model, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patients across diverse care environments. Work location: Central (Very occasional rotation to West) Work hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients independently. Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and provide updates to referring physicians and relevant healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate recording and administration of patient-related services. Adhere to established clinical, operational, and service quality standards. Practise within professional scope and seek guidance from senior clinicians or multidisciplinary team members when necessary. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions. Support departmental and organisational initiatives, quality improvement projects, and service enhancement activities.
