Recruitment Executive (Engineering / North / 5 Days)

Work location: North Work schedule: 5 days’ work week (Mon – Fri), standard office hours Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for a variety of positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment plans. Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment events. Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews and pre-employment processes. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and talent attraction activities. Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency. Stay updated on recruitment trends, labour market developments, and best practices. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Min. 4-5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, within semiconductor/engineering/manufacturing/technology industries is preferred. Familiarity with high-volume hiring is preferred. Strong sourcing skills using multiple recruitment channels. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
