Work location: West Job Responsibilities: Play a key role in establishing nursing workflows, policies, staffing plans, and infection control systems. Provide strategic and inspirational leadership to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development of nursing personnel. Ensure high standards of clinical care through implementation of evidence-based protocols, patient safety practices, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care coordination and clinical outcomes. Oversee staffing models, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective nursing operations. Lead nursing quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical indicators, and enhance patient experience and outcomes. Develop and deliver orientation, training, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
