Candidates with prior experience in training, programming, or robotics will have an advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop and work on training materials and lesson plans using new and emerging educational technologies and tools with the HOD. Conduct training sessions at various educational institutions across Singapore. Deliver lessons independently while adhering to the provided lesson plans and curriculum. Foster an engaging and positive learning environment for students. Provide regular feedback and updates on students' progress, as well as report any challenges encountered during training. Job Requirements Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field. Others would still be considered. Strong classroom management skills are an advantage. Creative, confident, and energetic in lesson delivery, with a vibrant personality. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and youths. Prior experience in education, training, programming, or robotics is an advantage, but is not required. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Monday to Friday work days (Flexi hours depending on on-site lessons)
