Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach and coordination Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent market research Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset Internship period: 3 to 6 months Benefits Hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes Opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers Practical experience in a fast-growing fintech and POS solutions environment Friendly and collaborative working culture!
