Senior Manager, HRBP (Duo Role Compensation Benefit)

This dual role involves acting as a strategic HRBP to align people strategy with business priorities and organizational design. Additionally, the role is responsible for developing and managing the total rewards strategy, including compensation frameworks and benefits programs. Candidates need at least 8 years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits roles. Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments, particularly in the technology sector, is preferred.
