Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage projects across the region, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met. Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, keeping all parties informed about project updates, milestones, and changes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and partners. Utilize MS Office tools to create comprehensive reports, presentations, and project-related documentation. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and address client needs. Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough project execution and documentation.
