Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Design and implement talent development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth Identify learning and development needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback, and skills gap analysis Develop engaging training materials, workshops, and learning resources tailored to different roles and levels Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align talent development strategies with business objectives Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career progression Stay updated on learning and development trends and best practices to continuously improve programme quality and impact Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally EA License Number: 22C1278 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to being contacted for current or future job opportunities.
