Lecturer

Position: Lecturer (Full-time) Ability to provide high quality contribution to undergraduate and/or post-graduate programmes related to: • Business and Management Job Summary: • Develop strategies for teaching, learning and assessments according to programme requirements • Develop and prepare course materials and assessments • Grade assessments according to the standard of examination and academic boards quality assurance • Supervise projects / dissertations • Participate in assessment moderation panel and curriculum development activities • Contribute to programme management and administrative duties as appropriate • Counselling and consulting with students • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Academic Director/ Programme Heads Job Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a recognized master's degree in the subject area or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related subject area(s) or related discipline(s) expertise in the assigned subjects • ACTA or relevant teaching experience and qualifications • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Dynamic, outgoing, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills Interested candidates who are seeking definite challenges in a fast-paced environment are invited to write in with a detailed resume in MS Word/PDF format to hr@erci.edu.sg stating: • Earliest Date of Availability • Current Salary • Expected Salary • Reason of Leaving (for each employment) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
