Typical Interfaces Customer,Customer Project Manager, Solution Architect, Technical & Solution SalesSupport, Implementation Management, Test Manager, Network Engineer, andSoftware Developer Primary Tools &Resources ElementManager, Defect Management Tool: JIRA, SW Gateway, Ericsson Mediation (EM),EVNFM, CCDA CNIS , Kubernetes What you will do Scope, define anddesign solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions Manage and supportcontainerized workloads orchestrated on Ericsson CNIS/ EVNFM Kubernetesclusters for Ericsson Mediation. Integration using Diameter protocol and SFTP. Install, configure, andmaintain Ericsson Mediation systems, ensuring reliable data processing andseamless integration within telecom environments. Monitor cluster andapplication health, proactively identify performance bottlenecks, and resolveproduction issues in real time. Ensure highavailability, scalability, and security of deployments by adhering to bestpractices. Conduct log analysis,debugging, and incident management across distributed application components. Develop and maintaincomprehensive documentation covering system architecture, configurations, andtroubleshooting procedures.
