As a Senior Associate within our Consulting team, you will play an important role in shaping client outcomes and driving project delivery across the following areas and responsibilities: Yourkey responsibilities Lead end-to-end OneStream implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Design and configure OneStream applications, including Cubes and dimensions; Workflow and security; Metadata management; Cube Views and Dashboards; Business Rules; Reporting and analytics; etc. Develop planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting solutions. Design and implement data integration frameworks with ERP, HR, CRM, and other upstream/downstream systems. Develop and optimize business rules, data load processes, and performance tuning activities. Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. Lead and manage discrete workstreams within large, complex engagements, including planning, execution and delivery Supervise, coach and develop junior team members (Associates/Consultants), providing guidance and quality review of deliverables Ensure compliance with EY methodologies, quality standards, and risk management requirements Contribute to business development by supporting proposal development, client presentations and thought leadership initiatives Support internal practice initiatives, including knowledge development, methodology enhancement and team activities Skillsand attributes for success Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Strong OneStream technical & functional capabilities Ability to understand functional requirements and translate it to technical requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise messages for client stakeholders Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions Commercial awareness and understanding of client needs and industry trends Proactive, adaptable and results-driven approach To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience. Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle OneStream implementations. OneStream Platform Administration Experience in delivering client engagements and managing workstreams Strong experience in analysis, problem-solving and delivering client-ready outputs Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in team environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideally, you’ll also have Experience in a professional services or consulting firm Exposure to working with OneStream Market Place solutions Exposure to projects across regional or global teams Project management experience (Agile or waterfall methodologies) Relevant certifications in OneStream (OneStream Certified Professional, OneStream Essentials / Implementation Certifications)
