You will establish and enforce standards and policies that safeguard our clients' most critical assets, ensuring data is secure, private, accurate, accessible, and, crucially, actionable. Your proficiency extends to data management, migration, strategic planning, change management, and navigating policy and regulatory landscapes. Required Skills and Experience 5 years of Data Analyst experience in dealing with healthcare stakeholders (hospital operations, corporate functions and senior leaders) Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities Capture requirements, drive design thinking workshop, create documentation like functional specs and/or user guide. Conduct business testing and support user testing Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
