What You'll Be Doing As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and operational excellence of enterprise server infrastructure. Your responsibilities include: Design, deploy and manage enterprise Windows & Linux server infrastructure Build and maintain highly available physical, virtualized and cloud environments Administer VMware, Hyper-V or KVM virtualization platforms Implement server hardening, access controls and security best practices Configure and support enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools Create scripts using Python, Bash or PowerShell to automate operational tasks Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance Design and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) solutions Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements Produce comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs and system diagrams Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud and cybersecurity teams on enterprise projects We're Looking For You are an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys working with enterprise-scale systems and takes pride in delivering stable, secure, and efficient environments.
