Who we’re looking for Desired profile of candidate The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or demonstrated competency in basic cell culture, cell-based assays, and ELISA , and/or analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and Karl Fischer titration. Experience in flow cytometry, qPCR, and Western blotting would be an advantage but is not essential, as relevant training will be provided on the job, if needed. The candidate should also: Understand and be willing to work in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and cGxP requirements. Meticulous and organized in scheduling experimental assays, documentation of analytical test reports, and drafting protocols. Ability to communicate and explain experimental results effectively with internal stakeholders and identify logical next steps of the experiment. Demonstrates a positive and proactive attitude and towards guidance. Willingness to learn new analytical techniques and demonstrate interest to continuous deepen skill expertise. Demonstrate collaborative efforts with cross functional teams in support of the technology transfer of analytical to operational department, including transferring of SOP and analytical assay. The Scope You will be part of Esco Aster’s Analytical Development team and contribute to the company’s CDMO mission and objectives. As a member of the Analytical Development team, you will perform analytical tests and assays to support the testing and characterization of drug substances and drug products. The primary responsibilities of the role will include routine analytical testing, assay execution, and analytical method development activities. The role will require close collaboration with Process Development scientists and Quality team to support development programs, analytical investigations, method transfer, and project deliverables.
