A Warehouse Assistant Manager oversees daily supply chain and storage workflows, optimizes inventory control, and leads floor staff Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching processes to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. [1, 2, 3] Typical Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. Experience: 2–5 years of progressive experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, often with prior supervisory duties. Skills: Proficiency with inventory tracking software, strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, and deep knowledge of logistics and customs regimes Key responsibilities include: Lead a team of warehouse staff Responsible day-to-day warehousing operations.
