KYC Reviewer (Financial Risk Analyst) - 12 Months Contract

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (SGT), Mon to Fri Saturday Work: Based on performance and KPI achievement, employees may be given the option to work on Saturdays voluntarily once or twice a month. Leave-in-lieu will be provided and work will follow a roster-based rotation. Job Overview We are seeking experienced individuals to join us as:- KYC / Source of Wealth (SoW) Compliance Reviewer (L3) to support regulatory compliance and risk management within the banking environment. The role involves performing second-level reviews of KYC and SoW assessments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance standards, while identifying potential risk indicators and escalating complex cases where required. Key Responsibilities Perform second-level review of KYC and Source of Wealth (SoW) assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Validate the plausibility and coherence of Source of Wealth narratives and supporting documentation. Ensure risk ratings, customer profiles, and potential red flags are appropriately identified and addressed. Summarize and escalate high-risk or unclear cases to the AMLO with recommendations where appropriate. Maintain quality assurance records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements. Provide constructive feedback to L1/L2 teams to improve review quality, consistency, and compliance standards. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3 years of KYC experience with banks. Minimum 3 years of Source of Wealth (SoW) experience with banks. Experience in Corporate Customer Review or handling complex ownership structures . Experience working in L3 review or as a Compliance Officer .
