Executive / Senior Executive, Loan Administration (Mortgage – Review & Control)

Job Focus: Responsible for ensuring smooth mortgage loan operations by reviewing and approving loan documents and system entries prepared by the team. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes and procedures, while liaising with relevant stakeholders to drive completion of loan-related matters. Support the Team Lead in daily operational activities and provide coverage during his/her absence. Job Responsibilities: Review Credit Proposals submitted by Relationship Managers to ensure loan terms are aligned with lending guidelines before preparation of Letters of Offer, Supplemental Letters of Offer, Letters of Variation, and Restructuring Letters. Review and verify mortgage, land, and construction loan documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to loan disbursement, including liaising with solicitors on conveyancing matters. Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans, including checking loan-related entries, CPF transactions, and arranging legal and valuation subsidies where required. Monitor outstanding security documents from solicitors, ensure timely follow-up, receipt, and proper offsite safekeeping of documents. Perform system checks, including reviewing daily and monthly exception reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting system testing and reporting activities. Support the Team Lead and junior team members in daily operational activities, provide coverage during absence, and perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mortgage loan administration or a related banking operations function is preferred.
