Mid-to-Senior AI Solution Consultant Esther-AI Pte Ltd | Driving Estha’s Business in Singapore and the Region Esther-AI Pte Ltd is looking for a Mid-to-Senior AI Solution Consultant to help grow the business of Estha across Singapore and regional markets. Estha is an AI services platform that helps organisations turn expert knowledge, internal workflows, and service capabilities into scalable AI-powered experiences. Our work spans education, professional services, healthcare, enterprise operations, and other sectors where AI must be practical, deployable, and trusted. This is not a narrow sales role. It is also not a purely technical role. We are looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of business development, solution consulting, product thinking, client success, AI implementation, and relationship management . Role Overview The AI Solution Consultant will work closely with the leadership team of Esther-AI Pte Ltd to identify prospects, understand client needs, demonstrate Estha’s capabilities, scope AI solution projects, and support clients after conversion. The person will be expected to help clients understand how Estha can be used as an infrastructure for building AI services that can be operated and maintained by non-technical users. You should be comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers, conducting demos, preparing proposals, building AI experiences on Estha, training client teams, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities You will be involved in: Business Development & Client Engagement Identify, engage, and communicate with potential clients across different industries. Understand their pain points and help them see how Estha can support their business needs. Solution Demonstration & Conversion Set up and deliver compelling demos for prospects. Translate client needs into practical use cases and help move conversations from interest to adoption. AI Experience Creation & Client Implementation Work with clients to create AI experiences on Estha based on their knowledge, workflows, and business requirements. Support the setup, testing, refinement, and deployment process. Client Success & Relationship Management Service clients after conversion, maintain strong working relationships, and ensure Estha continues to deliver value after implementation. Training & Enablement Teach client teams how to build, operate, and maintain AI experiences on Estha themselves, especially for non-code users. Project Scoping & Documentation Scope AI solution projects, prepare proposals, setup manuals, user guides, implementation documents, and client-facing materials where needed. Product & Market Feedback Gather client feedback, identify recurring needs, and work with the Estha team to improve product direction, positioning, and go-to-market execution. Required Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Strong fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese , at a level suitable for drafting business proposals, setup manuals, user guides, and presenting at conferences or client meetings. A strong background in engineering management, product development, or technology implementation . At least a Master’s degree from a leading university in Asia , preferably in engineering, technology management, business, innovation, computer science, or a related field. At least 7 years of working experience across product development, product management, client relationship management, consulting, or technology implementation. Experience working with clients, internal teams, or cross-functional stakeholders. Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions. High adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving startup environment. Ability to work independently without waiting for perfect instructions. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Comfort with AI tools, digital platforms, SaaS products, or emerging technologies.
