Operations Executive

Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations for passenger and commercial vehicles. Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules while monitoring fleet status. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures while delivering good customer service. Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily delivery operations. Arrange vehicle inspections, maintenance, and servicing for the fleet. Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of all fleet vehicles. Requirements: Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsible, team-player and organized. Proficient in MS Office. Possess valid class 3 driving license Working Location at Pandan Road
