Planner Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities based on customer requirements and production capacity. Release and monitor work orders for fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing processes. Prioritize urgent orders and adjust schedules to minimize delays and production disruptions. Monitor production progress and follow up on delayed jobs to ensure delivery commitments are met. Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitor inventory levels and highlight shortages or excess stock situations. Ensure MRP system data accuracy for materials, lead time, and job status updates. Work closely with Production Supervisors and Engineers to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints. Support workload balancing across departments such as laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating, and assembly. Participate in production meetings and provide planning updates and recovery plans where necessary. Job Requirement Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Manufacturing Administration, or Supply Chain. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, particularly Production Planning, Inventory Management, or related modules.
