Role Overview The Finance Controller will oversee the entire finance department operations across the group, ensuring excellence in all core functions — accounting, FP&A, treasury, compliance, and risk management. Partnering closely with the CFO and Finance Directors, this role ensures accurate reporting, governance, and strategic insights aligned with global standards. You will also lead a team of 9 finance professionals, fostering capability growth and operational excellence while engaging in IPO projects and capital markets readiness. Key Responsibilities Oversee all finance functions of the group, driving operational excellence across accounting, FP&A, compliance, and risk. Ensure IFRS audit readiness and statutory governance across multiple jurisdictions. Strengthen treasury controls, cash flow management, and intercompany reconciliations. Support CFO in fundraising, capital allocation, investor relations, and IPO projects. Align reporting with Nasdaq standards and global best practices. Lead and mentor a team of 9 finance professionals, building capability and continuous improvement.
