Project/Site Engineer

About Us: We are a small growing construction and renovation company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects (A&A, renovation, HIP, repair and maintenance). We are looking for a Project Engineer who is hands-on, technically competent, and proactive in managing projects end-to-end. You will oversee project execution, coordinate various parties, solve site challenges, and ensure that all work aligns with design, quality, safety, and contractual standards. You will report directly to the Director and work closely with team members, including the site supervisor. Responsibilities: Project Oversight & Delivery: Lead and manage projects/job sites from start to finish. Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality and safety standards. Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to keep project progress on track. Contract Awareness & Compliance: Review and interpret contract terms and project agreements to ensure work is executed in line with contractual requirements. Identify any discrepancies, unclear terms, or risks in the contract, and take appropriate action to protect the company’s interests. Technical Execution & Problem Solving: Apply technical knowledge to ensure works are carried out to design specifications.
