In this role, you'll partner with global and regional teams to bring marketing strategies to life through impactful campaigns, successful product launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and field marketing initiatives. You'll also lead the APAC events and tradeshow team, ensuring our marketing efforts strengthen customer engagement, build brand presence, and contribute to business growth across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the regional marketing strategy across APAC, ensuring alignment with global business priorities. Drive the localization and execution of global product launches (NPI) and integrated marketing campaigns to maximize regional impact. Lead demand generation initiatives across digital marketing, web, social media, advertising, PR, and lead generation to accelerate business growth. Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Applications teams to deliver commercial readiness, sales enablement tools, and compelling customer-facing content. Gather market insights and customer feedback to optimize regional marketing strategies and influence future global campaigns. Lead the planning and execution of APAC tradeshows, customer events, and field marketing programs to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads. Manage event strategy, logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event performance analysis to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop the APAC marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance execution. Monitor marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide business insights and recommendations to regional and global stakeholders. Key Skills/Core Competencies Experience in Life Science marketing with strong technical background in microscopy and research applications. Solid understanding of brand strategy, product positioning, and campaign development. Proficient in developing marketing content and enablement tools to support commercial teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to localize global content effectively. Organized, proactive and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Salesforce, SAP, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing successful trade shows and events. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Monday.com). Qualifications & Experience Degree, Medical Research, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles in the Life or Material Science or medical research sector. demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns, launching new products, and working with multicultural teams in a matrix organization. Willingness to travel (up to 20%). CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or related certification. Experience with trade show and event planning. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
