The Role: The Operations Executive will support daily warehouse and order fulfilment operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing of orders and smooth inventory management. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily fulfilment of online orders Assist with daily fulfilment of B2B / offline orders Support return and refund operations on a daily basis Assist with warehouse housekeeping and organisation Participate in monthly warehouse stock take Working Hours 5-day work week Rotational Saturday shifts, compensated as overtime (OT) Requirements Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles is preferred Forklift licence holders will be prioritised Computer literacy is required, with emphasis on Excel (basic data entry, tracking, reporting) Able to perform hands-on operational tasks Detail-oriented and reliable Experience with inventory management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
