Sales Manager (Hunter)

Sales Manager – New Business / Hunter We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across SEA. This is a hunter role focused on opening new logos and developing greenfield opportunities within hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI infrastructure, data centers, power utilities, grid operators, and network/security infrastructure vendors. Responsibilities Hunt and acquire new enterprise customers across SEA. Develop account penetration strategies for target customers. Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline. Engage senior business and technical stakeholders to uncover customer challenges. Position complex technology solutions across networking, security, AI performance validation, power electronics, grid modernization, and energy transition. Drive complex sales cycles from discovery to closure. Collaborate with solution architects, application engineers, partner teams, and internal stakeholders. Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights. Requirements 7–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience. Proven hunter profile with strong new logo and net-new revenue track record. Experience selling complex technical solutions such as test and measurement, network validation, cybersecurity, data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, power electronics, or adjacent technologies. Exposure to hyperscalers, cloud providers, data centers, power utilities, grid operators, networking vendors, or security infrastructure customers. Strong executive communication, value-based selling, and stakeholder management skills. Able to manage regional sales cycles across SEA. Commercially driven, proactive, and willing to travel regionally. Success Measures New logo acquisition. Net-new revenue and pipeline growth. Strong relationships with strategic customers.
