About the Role We are looking for a full-time Photographer to join our creative production team. This role supports a wide range of projects including corporate communications, public-sector campaigns, events coverage, portraits, and visual storytelling across digital and print platforms. The Photographer will work closely with producers, designers, videographers, and account teams to deliver high-quality visual assets within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Photography & Visual Production Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality photographs for a variety of assignments, including events, portraits, corporate shoots, campaigns, and documentary-style storytelling. Translate creative briefs and communication objectives into compelling visual outcomes. Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and quality across all photography outputs. Pre-Production & On-Site Execution Conduct site recces, lighting tests, and equipment planning ahead of shoots. Set up and manage lighting, cameras, and accessories independently on location or in studio. Work professionally with clients, talents, and stakeholders during shoots, including senior leadership and public officials where required. Post-Production Perform photo selection, colour correction, retouching, and basic compositing where needed. Deliver final assets in formats optimised for various platforms (social media, web, print, presentations). Maintain proper file naming, archiving, and version control. Collaboration & Workflow Work closely with producers and account teams to meet project timelines and production schedules. Collaborate with designers and videographers to ensure visual alignment across photography and video outputs. Support fast-turnaround requests and time-sensitive projects when required. Equipment & Asset Management Take responsibility for photography equipment, including proper handling, maintenance, and storage. Ensure equipment is signed out, returned, and accounted for according to internal processes. Flag equipment issues, loss, or replacement needs promptly. Nice to Have Experience working on public-sector, government, or corporate communications projects. Basic videography or hybrid photo-video shooting experience. Familiarity with social media content requirements and formats. Experience working in fast-paced, project-based environments.
