Manager, Information Technology (Temenos, Banking, Microservice, Ibm Mq, Apache, Kafka, Iris Apis, Uxp)

Responsibilities Design, develop, and support digital banking solutions across Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Wealth Management platforms. Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Temenos digital banking applications to meet business and technical requirements. Develop scalable backend services and enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot-based technologies. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices to support seamless integration with internal and external banking systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performing banking solutions. Configure, customize, and support Temenos Channels, Transact, UXP, and related digital banking platforms. Integrate banking applications with third-party systems, payment gateways, authentication services, and enterprise platforms. Participate in solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with banking industry standards. Support cloud-based deployments, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives for digital banking applications. Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements 9+ years of experience in digital banking application development and implementation. Strong experience in Temenos Digital Banking products, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, and Transact. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and enterprise application development. Strong experience in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience with Temenos Web Services, IRIS APIs, UXP, Design Studio, and authentication solutions. Experience in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies. Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka and IBM MQ. Knowledge of cloud deployment, CI/CD practices, and version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket. Experience integrating banking platforms with third-party systems and enterprise applications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities with experience working in global banking environments.
