Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description & Requirements Sales Executives are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes: - organising sales visits - demonstrating and presenting products - establishing new business - maintaining accurate records - attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings - reviewing sales performance - negotiating contracts and packages - aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. - Any other ad-hoc matters · Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills · Establish and develop new accounts · Attend customer site visits and conduct presentations for sales development · Identify new potential clients to promote company’s products, establish, maintain and grow close relationships and cooperation with clients · Achieve and exceed sales targets through expansion of distribution net work · Provide market feedback and updates · Proposing new marketing ideas and plans · Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved Requirements: - Diploma or professional certificate - Minimum 2 years of related experience - Bilingual, handle English & Chinese speaking clients - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good working attitude, hardworking & self-motivated - Passion to succeed in the sales industry - Experience in beauty industry or related fields will be advantageous - A self-motivated team player who works well under pressure Benefits: Attractive salary + good commission + travel Outstanding career growth & development opportunities Passionate, energetic & innovative work culture Team Work
