As our Sales & Marketing Executive , you’ll bring our premium skincare and spa brand to life through compelling content, creative campaigns, and meaningful collaborations. You’ll take the lead in crafting our brand narrative across digital channels, influencer partnerships, and on-the-ground activations. Job Responsibilities: Own social media : Manage and grow our IG, FB & TikTok presence with engaging, on-brand content Create content : Plan, shoot, and edit photos/videos; design simple visuals using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop Run campaigns : Lead digital marketing efforts, influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions Build partnerships : Collaborate with local lifestyle brands, creators, and businesses for co-marketing initiatives Support activations : Coordinate boutique events, client-facing activations, and other marketing initiatives Drive storytelling : Help shape a visual and verbal brand story that resonates with our target audience Drive sales conversion: Manage and nurture leads generated through our social media platforms, engaging with potential customers promptly to support enquiries, build relationships, and convert interest into sales opportunities. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries With strong passion for sales and is sales driven Strong creative eye with hands-on content creation and editing experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setup (remote + on-site support as needed) Passion for storytelling, visuals, and all things social media Ability to read & write mandarin as this role requires you to manage XiaoHongShu (chinese social media platform) and to engage the leads (chinese speaking leads) from the platform We provide a competitive salary package along with high performance-based commissions , recognizing the impact you make on our brand’s growth.
