Property Executive / Officer (Mcst)

Job Purpose Supports daily property operations by coordinating maintenance works, managing contractors, and attending to residents’ or tenants’ feedback to ensure smooth and efficient site operations. Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects/issues Attend to residents’ feedback, complaints, and enquiries Support preparation of reports, budgets, and documentation Ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements Requirements Diploma in Property / Facilities Management or equivalent 1–3 years relevant experience Good coordination and communication skills **Note: Only shortlisted candidate(s) will be contacted for interview.
