Senior Accounts Executive - 6 Months (Maternity Cover)

Job Description: Maintain full set of accounts for EXEO Global (both corporate and business) including Accounts Receivables, Account Payable and General ledger, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations. Perform month-end closing related duties Prepare management reports and analyse financial performance on a monthly basis Prepare quarterly HQ reporting package for EXEO Global Prepare and submit quarterly GST report to IRAS Assist in budget/forecast preparation Liaise with relevant stakeholders in audit and tax matters Assist in documentation and monitoring in internal controls Review staff claims Perform administrative duties and any other duties assigned as and when required Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent Possess a minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting Experience in book-keeping and month end accounts closing is necessary Familiar with FRS Time-management abilities, fast learner, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work independently Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn Good team player with positive working attitude Prior experience in SAP B1 accounting system is a bonus
