BIM Coordinator

Job Summary Manage on-site technical and BIM coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and coordinate design reviews while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards in a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities Oversee on-site technical matters, including BIM coordination, to support seamless project execution Monitor and track project progress to ensure site activities align with the master schedule Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to prevent project delays Prepare and maintain accurate, timely project reports for management review Coordinate and review structural and M&E design details to ensure compliance with project specifications Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective technical solutions Ensure all works comply with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements Adapt and respond effectively to challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage Strong technical and analytical capabilities
