Dental Treatment Coordinator

Dental clinic looking for an organized, motivated individual to serve as a treatment coordinator. Responsibilities include scheduling patient treatments, organizing patient surgeries and associated third party services, drafting and presenting patient treatment plans, assisting patients with financial agreements, payments and insurance claims and generally assisting patients with their dental treatment and issues. Front desk work is also part of the position. Applicants must be proficient at multi-tasking, fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), organized, able to multi-task, and possess excellent customer services skills. Customer service experience is required. Experience in dental environments is preferred. The job is full time (44 hours per week) with late working hours on certain weekdays, as well as Saturday working hours are required.
