Manage and lead co-ordination of assigned projects/site & facilities; Liaise with clients and consultants on projects; Co-ordinate sub-contract works; Assist in site administration; Cost management of projects to be within budget; Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders; Any other tasks assigned by the management. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV works. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings Possess coordination, problem-solving, leadership skills
