We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individuals to support digital programme operations, IT application support, product enhancements, stakeholder coordination, and operational activities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, quality assurance, customer experience, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Product Support, Testing & Quality Assurance Support product development activities by documenting requirements, coordinating testing activities, and assisting with application enhancements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), beta testing, and usability testing with internal stakeholders, vendors, and end users prior to application releases. Perform functional testing, sanity checks, and basic troubleshooting to ensure application quality, functionality, and usability. Gather, consolidate, and analyse user feedback through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and on-ground testing to support continuous product and service improvements. IT Application Support & Operations Support IT service request management by raising, monitoring, and following up on application incidents, bugs, enhancement requests, and data requests with relevant stakeholders. Support application operational activities, including content configuration, system updates, and release-related activities to ensure accurate and timely implementation. Support customer enquiries by reviewing common issues, maintaining FAQs, and coordinating follow-up actions to enhance the overall user experience. Monitoring, Evaluation & Process Improvement Monitor programme performance, customer feedback, survey results, and operational data to prepare reports, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, review, and maintain user guides, FAQs, SOPs, process documentation, and operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency and service quality. Secretariat & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up actions. Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support project coordination, communications, operational activities, and programme implementation. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements Diploma or above, preferably in business administration/IT or related discipline 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in user acceptance testing, administrative, or operations support functions, preferably in project management or digital solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g. data reconciliation, pivot tables, basic formulas and reporting). Experience supporting system enhancements, application releases, incident management, or bug tracking will be an advantage. Strong organisational, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
