Job Highlights No experience required – Training provided High basic salary + Attractive commission Monthly performance incentives Verified renovation leads provided Strong marketing & operational support Positive and collaborative working culture Flexible working hours after probation High earning potential for motivated individuals Career growth in the interior design industry Key Responsibilities Meet homeowners to understand renovation needs and lifestyle requirements Provide design consultation, space planning, and renovation advice Prepare design proposals and quotations based on client requirements Present design concepts using mood boards, layouts, or drawings Manage renovation projects from design proposal to project completion Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams Conduct site visits and supervise renovation progress Ensure projects are completed on time and according to design expectations Respond to client inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships Requirements Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields preferred Candidates without relevant qualifications may still apply Passion for interior design, renovation, and space planning Strong communication and client management skills Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented Good time management and project coordination ability Ability to manage projects from concept to completion Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Photoshop is a bonus Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors) Who Should Apply This role is ideal for: Individuals interested in interior design sales Fresh graduates looking to enter the interior design industry Sales professionals seeking high commission earnings Interior designers who enjoy working with homeowners and managing projects
