Senior Engineer Civil/Structural

Job Responsibilities Involve in full-spectrum Civil & Structural (C&S) design activities for industrial facilities, ensuring structural integrity, constructability, and alignment with project specifications. Assist in the detailed design of concrete and steel structures, including preparation of engineering calculations, analysis reports, drawings, and technical documentation. Participate in value‑engineering studies and propose design improvements to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and buildability. Support Project Managers to achieve project completion within budget, schedule, and quality expectations through active monitoring of engineering deliverables and progress milestones. Address site-related design issues by reviewing contractor proposals, providing technical clarifications, and ensuring resolution aligns with approved design intent. Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections, troubleshooting, and verification of structural work compliance. Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages for civil and structural scope. Review contractor submissions, respond to technical clarifications, and provide recommendations during tender evaluation. Coordinate with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quantity Surveying teams to ensure seamless integration of structural requirements into overall project design and execution. Facilitate technical discussions to resolve design interfaces and interdependencies. Manage timely preparation, submission, and approval of documents required by local authorities. Ensure all structural designs comply with applicable regulations, codes, standards, and statutory requirements. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical issues, submissions, design clarifications, and construction matters. Ensure clear communication and documentation to support project progress. Remain up‑to‑date with current engineering practices, technologies, codes, and industry trends.…
