EY-Parthenon Associate Director/ Director, Strategy - Healthcare

As part of the core engagement team, the role involves leading independent projects or modules on various strategy and transformation initiatives, including structuring modules, gathering data, conducting analysis, and formulating recommendations. Responsibilities also include sharing findings with clients and interacting daily with client counterparts to foster collaboration and maintain alignment. Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in a strategy or consulting firm, with expertise in healthcare commercial and operational transformation, including public sector experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, though a Master's degree is preferred, and willingness to travel internationally is necessary.
