Mobility Assignment Services Business Partnering Lead - Oceania and Asia East

This senior role involves acting as a strategic advisor on Global Mobility, partnering with senior stakeholders across Super Regions to assess talent requirements, establish plans, and guide policy application for workforce planning and strategic objectives. The lead will also provide strategic leadership by developing and implementing a regional mobility strategy and overseeing all assignment services activity, including managing a dedicated Super Region Mobility team. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of business partnering and strong business acumen regarding EY's strategy and talent agenda, coupled with deep insight into EY operations. Significant experience in business partnering, leading regional/global mobility assignment services, and managing multi-disciplinary teams is required, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development.
