P2P Advisor / Project Manager

Who are we looking for As part of our customer project team, we are looking for an Advisor / Project manager with a good business understanding and the ability to understand the customer needs and requirement. You will work with the implementation and streamlining of the customer's eye-share solutions. You will be part of a very creative and exciting IT environment with committed and professionally skilled employees. Responsibilities Analyze detailed business process requirements and translate them into effective system solutions for eye-share implementations Manage mid-to-large scale projects, coordinating resources and planning multiple assignments to meet customer needs Implement and drive upgrade projects, including delivering training to customers to ensure smooth adoption Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver customer-focused solutions in Accounts Payable, Reporting, and procurement processes Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to present project progress and solutions Maintain high service standards with flexibility and structured work approaches to meet project goals Demonstrate initiative and creativity to drive project success and continuous improvement Uphold strong work ethics and discipline while fostering a positive and fun workplace atmosphere Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong domain knowledge in Accounts Payable, Reporting, and/or procurement processes General good competence with IT and ERP systems to support solution implementation Strong ability to analyse detailed business process requirements and translate them into effective system solution Experience in finance and/or purchasing projects or IT-related projects We offer Remuneration shall commensurate with experience Fast-paced learning environment, combined with work-life balance synonymous with Nordic culture Working with a highly experienced and skilled international team of developers, commercial professionals, consultants and industry experts Modern, centrally located office premises, and the chance to work remotely when needed
