Responsibilities Provide professional hair services including haircutting, colouring, styling, rebonding, perming, hair treatments, and scalp care to meet client needs Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products to clients to enhance their appearance and hair health Promote a wide range of salon services and treatment packages to increase customer engagement and sales Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and personalized consultations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon equipment to ensure a safe and pleasant environment Support daily salon operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager to ensure smooth workflow Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate salon activities and optimize client experience Apply strong negotiation and selling skills to achieve sales targets and maximize service uptake Present a well-groomed, professional, and approachable appearance to represent the salon’s brand positively Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and peers to foster a positive salon atmosphere Demonstrate a hardworking attitude with a positive approach to daily tasks and challenges Work independently with self-motivation and take responsibility for assigned duties Adapt to a 6-day work week schedule to meet salon operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with peers Other Information Friendly and supportive working environment Attractive salary with commission and incentives Career advancement opportunities Professional and passionate team culture
