About this role

Meta is seeking an Asia Logistics Program Manager to manage materials, equipment, and product movement across complex Asia-based supply chains that power Meta's hardware products. In this role, you will manage end-to-end commodity logistics programs spanning freight forwarding, customs compliance, carrier management, and inbound supply chain operations across the supply chain network. You will partner closely with planning, engineering, and operations teams to optimize logistics flows, reduce lead times, and ensure supply continuity for Meta's growing portfolio of consumer hardware. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics programs for Asia-based manufacturing supply chains, including freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery coordination Collaborate with Product Operations, Technical Program Management, and Planning to design logistics networks aligned to the geographic footprint of contract manufacturers and suppliers across Asia Analyze freight cost, transit time, and carrier performance data to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure that the movement of goods is compliant and on time Develop and maintain logistics program documentation, including standard operating procedures, routing guides, and carrier scorecards Monitor supply chain KPIs and escalate risks related to capacity constraints, port disruptions, or regulatory changes affecting logistics lanes that impact our business Engage cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, trade compliance, and operations, to align on logistics program priorities and trade-offs Support trade compliance activities by ensuring shipments adhere to import and export regulations across relevant jurisdictions Leverage data analysis tools and AI-integrated workflows to model logistics scenarios, forecast costs, and support program decision-making Provide input into team-level logistics strategy and contribute to short, mid, and long-term goals aligned to supply chain business objectives Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in logistics program management, freight operations, or supply chain operations globally Experience managing relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or third-party logistics providers across global trade lanes Experience in analyzing logistics data (cost, transit time, carrier performance) to identify issues and propose solutions Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across sourcing, procurement, operations, or trade compliance functions Experience navigating import and export compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting logistics programs for consumer electronics, hardware, or infrastructure commodity supply chains Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ability to use data analysis or AI tools to model logistics scenarios and support program planning decisions Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Familiarity with customs classification, duty optimization, or free trade agreement utilization across global markets Experience using supply chain management systems or transportation management platforms to track and optimize freight movements Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
