Responsibilities: Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters Requirements: Degree in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines. Candidates with RES License preferred. Preferably with 3 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing Good negotiation and communication skills Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
