The Senior / Guest Service Assistant will work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services to guests and handle their complaints and requests. They will also liaise with various departments regarding guest arrivals and departures and ensure efficient service in baggage and transport handling.
Candidates should have at least an O-Level or equivalent education and be willing to perform rotating shifts. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and experience in hospitality, particularly with knowledge of Opera, are advantageous.
